Moffett Field
The Moffett Field ID card office is currently located in the U.S. Army Reserve Center, 230 RT Jones Road, Mt. View, CA 94043-1809. The office can be reached by making the left hand turn from the 4-way stop immediately prior to the Moffett Field main gate. The building is one half mile down the road on the left.
It will be necessary to make an advance appointment for entry to the building and obtaining the new card. The best way to make an appointment is on-line:

Camp Parks, Dublin, CA (Tri-Valley area);
Military ID cards are available at Camp Parks in Dublin. Driving instructions are: from Highway 680 going north, in Pleasanton, use the Highway 580 interchange and go west toward Stockton. Take the first exit off ramp, which is Hopyard. At the signal, turn left and go north on Hopyard. After crossing over the freeway and at the first major intersection, turn right onto Dublin Blvd. Go east until you get to the main gate road of Camp Parks. Turn left and go through the main gate to the first "T" in the road. Turn left and go to Davis Ave and turn right. Go to 9th Street and turn left. On the left will be the quonset hut, after passing it turn left into a large parking lot. The building number is not posted but look for ID card signs. Hours are; Monday-Friday, 0830-1500. Auto Decals are available from the Camp's Federal Police. Their office is located in Building 692 off of 8th Street adjacent to the flagpole. Their hours are; 0730-1500, Monday-Friday. You will need to bring you vehicle registration, insurance card, driver's license and military ID card.
