Moffett Field
ID card services for retirees, their family members and 100% disabled veterans are available at the USAR New ID card office in Bldg 152 on Dailey Rd. An appointment is necessary and may be scheduled by calling (650) 603-8693. You must call ahead for an appointment.
Auto decals are still available at the 129th CA ANG building, Security Forces, room 24, hours T-F 0900-1500, phone ahead (650) 603-9434
Onizuka Air Station
Auto Decals only are available at Onizuka AS. They are available in the main lobby of the Blue Cube , Monday-Friday, 0700-1400 hours, call ahead, phone (408) 752-3695.

Camp Parks, Dublin, CA (Tri-Valley area);
Military ID cards are available at Camp Parks in Dublin. Driving instructions are: from Highway 680 going north, in Pleasanton, use the Highway 580 interchange and go west toward Stockton. Take the first exit off ramp, which is Hopyard. At the signal, turn left and go north on Hopyard. After crossing over the freeway and at the first major intersection, turn right onto Dublin Blvd. Go east until you get to the main gate road of Camp Parks. Turn left and go through the main gate to the first "T" in the road. Turn left and go to Davis Ave and turn right. Go to 9th Street and turn left. On the left will be the quonset hut, after passing it turn left into a large parking lot. The building number is 913 (there is no building number posted) but look for ID card signs. Hours are; Monday-Friday, 0830-1500. Appointments Only, call (925) 875-4918 or 1(800) 250-2482 ext. 4918.
Auto Decals are available from the Camp's Federal Police. Their office is located in Building 692 off of 8th Street adjacent to the flagpole. Their hours are; 0730-1500, Monday-Friday. You will need to bring you vehicle registration, insurance card, driver's license and military ID card.
